You’ve read the headlines: all variations on “Texas to Require Cremation or Burial of Fetal Remains.” The image calls to mind forcing vulnerable women to hold a funeral ceremony for their fetal issue, dressed up in a casket, then handing over thousands of dollars to a funeral director.
